Notes

The day of reckoning is about to commence, this is the day Sam Fontaine has to run the hardest thing a runner can do... run two 800s with a 90 second recovery period. I know this may sound foolish, but at the time Sam Fontaine had no idea what was coming. He had no idea what kind of pain he would have to endure during those two laps consecutively. But for the time being, he was just running a simple easy run/warm-up in order to get himself ready for those 800s. During the run it felt rather smooth for the most part, I was trying to take the pace up a little harder because I wanted my leg muscles to get used the speed, and I wanted them to feel better in a way. I think I'm gonna check up with my doctor just to see if something's wrong.
