Notes
Today's easy run started off nice and easy and basically continued that way throughout the whole run. It sped up slightly towards the 6th mile, but we quickly realized the change in pace and slowed it down a bit. This will be my last run until I have to run in California, which will be a bit of a drastic change... from flatlander to the land of inclines. I swear California is just one big hill that never comes down. Besides having to go through many hills (or one big hill), I think I will have a bit of fun doing long runs, I'm excited about that. Hopefully, by the time I get back from my trip, I will be in good enough shape to run more comfortable, but a tad faster than before, just to spice things up...
