Day 30 of running without the team: I've done it! I've hit 30 days of running without the team, and I haven't gone crazy! To be honest, it doesn't really feel like 30 days but my totally accurate count doesn't lie! I've decided that this week will be my 50-mile week, as I've had plenty of rest since my last big week, so I'm ready to take it on. I started off this beautiful Monday on 10 miles, and I'm ready to keep this momentum rolling! As I was running towards the country roads and hyping myself up to sing Take Me Home, Country Roads I saw Julio walking his dogs! I never thought I'd see him again, but there he was and he actually said "hi" instead of just staring blankly at me. Best moment in a while, #IStanJulio.
Oh and the pace wasn't too bad, the wind slowed me down a little, but I was able to push through it.
