Ok, this is a new thing that I'd like to do mostly to hold me accountable with important strength stuff... so hopefully if I log it, then that will give me a better incentive to not skip out on it. ALRIGHT, I did my PT (Physical Therapy) routine which is basically 10 reps and three sets of... Supine Hamstring Stretch with a strap, Seated Long Arc Quad, Seated Gluteal Stretch, Standing Hamstring Curl with resistance, Quadruped Leg Extension w/ Resistance, Side Plank with Clam and Resistance, Modified Side Plank with Hip Abduction and Resistance, and uhhhh the Plank with a Hip Extension... I basically just wrote out exactly what the exercise said on an app so that's why they sound weird. After that, I did MASS and my legs feel waaaay less sore than before.
