Solid long run. It's not at the 7:30 pace I hope to get my long runs at but I'm sure it will come down. Maybe on a week when I don't hammer the shorter runs so much. There wasn't much effort needed to run this pace and I'm sure it was just a lot of me holding back my pace to keep things from getting to 7 flat or under today. I have tomorrow off and I'm definitely going to enjoy it! It's been a very productive week for my training!
