Notes
It was an okay easy run today. I didn't push the pace so I could have today be more of a maintenance day rather than the harder days earlier this week. I obviously ran in the dark with some heavy winter gear and my reflector vest. I think I'm well primed for a good long run tomorrow. I'll try to keep my pace at the same speed as today or try for a 7:30 effort.
