Felt good on that 10 mile run today. Nice bit of focus and use of imagery to mentally prepare for my race. I was visualizing on where I would be through the first 10-15 miles, keeping my breathing and cadence consistent. It seemed to work well seeing that I held to a 8:30 mile pace over the 10 miles. If the race is similar to last year and Jeff Power, last year's winner runs the same time I will be well prepared to challenge him and look to run a smashing 50 mile PR.
