Pretty good run today. I set out at 7:30 pace for the first two miles. When i felt ready I cranked up the pace and dropped it to 7 flat and then sub 7 minute mile pace for the last two. Considering hills and outdoor conditions this is a solid training run. I know I can go faster but with this being the last hard week before my next rest week I want to be slightly cautious so I don't over reach and burn up on Sunday during the 18 mile run.
