Notes

Had a short but faster 2 miler out there today. I finally feel like I'm back in somewhat decent shape. I'm at least not huffin and puffin out there for 2 or 4 miles. I think I will be in decent shape for the IC Alumni Indoor Meet this winter, not looking to break any records but I should be fast enough to dip below 5 minutes for my mile again which would be a nice indicator of my fitness level and readiness for running the Pittsburgh Marathon. I think eating healthy over the last several days has also boosted my energy levels and made me a lot less lethargic and apathetic to go out and run.
