Horrible run, I don't know if it was too much volume this week, no rest days, malnutrition, the Ithaca hills today, or a combination of all of them. I got maybe to 2 miles and both calves seized up and were tight the rest of the run. My left shins pain got worse with every stride. I was smart enough to walk a majority of the run which is why to time is so slow. I have three rest days this next week, starting with one tomorrow so hopefully I didn't hurt myself too much today and was smart in cutting the 10 mile run short.
