I probably should have taken this run a lot easier since there is a 10 miler tomorrow for me. My callves are getting a bit tight and I have a little bit of pain in my left shin where my previous stress fracture was. I have to take tomorrow very easy so not to aggravate my legs to a point where I get injured. Despite the fact I shouldn't have gone so fast I'm surprised I did hold the pace for the first two miles and pick up the last two by a collective 12 seconds. This is a good sign for being this early in my training still.
