Notes

Felt good to get out there again and push the pace a bit. This is supposed to be a rest week but since I only did two miles last week I wanted to be sure I pushed hard on today's 10 mile run. The pace itself is very fast for an ultramarathon and much closer to my marathon pace. But it can be considered a great day for not running in awhile and getting all 10 in before work.
