Notes

Managed to just get under that 9 minute mile pace for my run today. It was a very hilly 10 miles so it is a shocker to me that I managed to keep it under that pace mark. 819 ft elevation gain and loss out there for my run over 10 miles. The hills were obviously difficult with the one uphill in the first 3 miles going up 479ft in a mile and a half! I know if I want to be well trained for Virgil Crest in the Fall I have to get to a point where I can do those hills every day on these 10 mile runs.
