Notes

Decent recovery run. This week should all be at 7:30 pace or slower. The last three weeks have been 38, 40, and 42 miles respectively so it is important for me to take it as easy as I can to prepare for the first 20 miler at the end of next week. I'm still feeling confident in my training and feel that I am well ahead of pace for sub 3 hours and possibly looking at a 2:50 or below. The biggest thing to do right now is not get sick or injured and finish out the training.
