Had a great track workout up at Ithaca College. I had the 2 mile run to warm up with and then ran progressively faster negative split miles for the next 4 miles. I took the last two miles easier as a cool down. Overall very happy with this interval run and the overall pace dropped to 7:10 which is phenomenal..
