Amazing run today. I thought I would have to end up slowing my pace after 4 miles but I was able to hover betwee 7 flat and 7:30s for every other mile. My legs feel surprisingly good after such a hard workout. The last two days have been hard. So tomorrow's rest day will be great. I expect next week to run close to this pace for the Half Marathon. If that is the case we may be looking at a 1:38:08 half marathon, factoring in for fatigue. Considering the short 4-5 weeks of training so far that is impressive since my previous Half Marathon record is a 1:26:39. Which is only a difference of 11:29.
