Notes
Very solid run. I feel well rested from this week. My left shin felt a little worrisome prior to starting but was fine during the run. The mile splits went as follows: 7:25 mile 1 (downhill), 7:27 mile 2 (uphill), 7:03 mile 3 (downhill), 7:06 mile 4 (uphill). The last mile probably would have matched or bettered the 3rd mile but I had to fend off a large black dog that chases me every time he sees me.
