I had zero intention of running that fast today. I stepped outside felt a lot of good energy and just let my body run the pace it wanted. To rip off a 7:07 avg pace for 4 miles and not even feel it is a great sign that my training is going very well. While I was concerned of dropping my weight over the last few weeks the 15 lbs drop seems to have helped my running. I'll hope to stay around this weight or 135 lbs to remain in prime shape. If all goes well I'll be enjoying a great year of racing.
