Notes

Amazing run today! I held onto the 8:34 pace very well. I know I'm getting to the point where nutritionally I need to be consuming more energy gels and water to keep my performance lasting longer. All things considered that is a wonderful run and I don't feel too banged up from my very fast run yesterday. Now it's time to go to work at 1pm and enjoy a much deserved rest day tomorrow.
