Had a nice run out there today. I took it easy on the run for two main reasons. One being that this is supposed to be a rest week and I know my body needs to scale back a bit from building into training this fast. Secondly I know my right foot has been bothering me at the third phalanges, particularly when i attempt to curl my toes. I'm not sure if this is a recent injury or a remnant of bruising my toes along the trails of the Finger Lakes Fifties back in June. I'm hoping it isn't anything serious and is just my feet re-adjusting to running in Vibrams again after such a long lapse in training.
