Felt pretty good out there on the run today. I slowed down the pace but it still felt really comfortable. I tried to ease my mind on the current events of the shooting in CT. It certainly is a tragedy and hopefully will never be repeated. My heart goes out to those families who have lost their loved ones and I thought about you all each mile out there today.
