I really went to town out there today on the run. It was just too good of a day to not drive the pace faster. I didn't even notice the first half mile of my run. The second mile was slower by about 8 seconds probably since my body hasn't really gone that fast in awhile. The weather was perfect out there, even went shirtless which was funny seeing how it's December.
