Notes

Went on a long hill workout with the Spencer XC team this morning. We went out from the high school, up to Spencer Paving Company. Ran the steep hill there three times and then went off to run Palomackie Hill Loop back to the high school. In all it was a good run. Plenty of steep elevation to 1383ft elevation gain. Now I have another 9 miles tonight to finish out my 18 for the day.
