Notes

Pretty good run considering the wind gusts of 23mph. I finally feel like I'm in solid shape from the long break in running. Friday is a rest day and then a 4 mile on Sat with an 8 on Sun to finish out 4 weeks of training. The Red Baron Half Marathon is on the following Sunday so we'll see how I handle the Half-Marathon this early in the training. Let finish out the week and set my sights on Red Baron.
