Notes

Feeling tired but not completely exhausted and I know I could do another 2 miles easy. The time was a lot slower than expected for a few reasons. 1. was the hills, particularly since I haven't ran a whole lot of them over the winter it made the run a lot harder on my body. 2. Nutrition, I didn't get more GU Gel packets for my run today so I was stuck with picking up one of my three Mills Oat and Nut bars when I came around to my house again, although it helped with my 3L of water to refill my hand bottle each lap. And 3. was never running that far in Vibrams before so my feet were getting sore after two loops. I slowed my pace and was cautious after then. The soreness did not increase so I was able to finish the run completely in my Vibrams instead of switching out to a pair of shoes I left at the end of the driveway. All things considered it was a great run! I am definitely ready for Boston!
