Felt effortless at the 8:05 pace today. First two miles were 16:22 and the last two were finished in 15:56. A solid 4 mile run to prep for the big 23 miler tomorrow, which actually might turn into a 24 miler since the Sand Bank Loop happens to be 24 miles when I loop it 5 times. This will let me leave my water belt at home and simulate race conditions with a lot better hills than anything I have been running on so far. If the run feels a lot harder then I know I need some more hill training and the rest of my runs will have much more aggressive hills put in.
