Was in Spencer for another 10 miles today. Ran Burheight Glen again for 6 miles then looped the grass fields at the high school for the last 4 miles. I wanted to make sure I got in some miles on that softer grass surface. It certainly makes a difference and helped alleviate any extra pounding from the roads. I have tomorrow off from running and will definitely be recovering with a large nalgene bottle of muscle milk to heal up any micro-tears from the last three days of running.
