Notes

Just took it easy on this recovery run. I wanted to make sure my foot didn't start hurting, which it luckly did not, and also go slow so my calves, which were tight from my race on Sunday, wouldn't cramp up on me. This week is going to be very very easy so I make sure I come away from possible injury and be well rested for the 21 miler next week.
