Felt okay for this run today, nothing really glamorous. The pace was under 9 again which is nice to see such consistency for these runs. I had two short bouts of walking fro about 15 seconds each just to alleviate some tension along the tendons in my left arch. I'll be doing a lot of self massage and spike ball rolls to ease it up some more. The good news is that, other than these minor aches, I feel great in my training so far. I'm adjusting jumps in weekly mileage nicely and should be back on track by next week, which fortunately is a "rest"/easy week in terms of overall mileage. I believe when I finish my 30 miler this Sunday I should be at 60 miles a week.
