Cold & windy, but the sun was shining. The boys wanted to run with me, so I shortened my run to 2 miles & slowed it way down. They did pretty good, but were certainly feeling it! Between the cold, the ice & actually having to run the entire thing, the boys don't think mom is such a wimp anymore! Followed the run by some core strengthening, then worked out on the heavy bag with Evan for a while. It was fun working out with the boys!
