Wow, I had no idea I was running so fast!! The run felt good, felt pretty strong. My left foot was sore the last few miles, but is ok now. Weather was hot going out, wind strong on the way back, but cooler than it has been for the last few weeks, so I'm not complaining. I really am surprised at my pace. How did I do that?? Guess it pays to run when I'm irritated??
