Notes
A lovely, rainy run in Hillman! The first 1.5 miles or so, my R outer shin was really tight, but it eased up after that & the rest of the run was beautiful. Rained pretty hard for a while, but the rest was just a light rain. I felt great! I'm pretty sure the day before a race, your run should be short & easy, but I needed the miles & the pace just felt right. Oh well, this race isn't a goal race, more just a helluvit race! I'm ready for tomorrow!! :)
