Great pool workout at MCC w/ Sabine! I swam just over 1/2 mile the first half hour, then did strength workout after. No pool running today, just swimming & strength. My abs, legs & arms were jello by the end!! Great workout. Sabine was amazing, she did a full mile during the hour. It made me tired just watching her!! I'm loving these pool workouts. Already feeling it in my core.
