Notes
Nice evening run w/ Chris. The weather was perfect. A little tightness in my shins for the first couple miles but I gave it a little stretch & it improved. We did quite a bit of trail running and it felt good to get away from town and cars. The pace was a little bit of work today, but I felt really good overall.
