Notes
Really, really humid this morning. Got a much later start than planned due to another night of insomnia. Wish I would have went earlier before the sun was out & it was hot. Had a decent sub-10 pace going till a damn chocolate lab decided to annoyingly join the run. Had Kyra not been with, I would have take the "your dog is not my problem" approach, but she was freaking out that it was going to get hit by a car...not something a 9yo needs to see. Run ended ok, I guess. Hopefully tomorrow I'll get an earlier start & get 10 in before the dentist appt. Maybe an 18 or a 20 on Thurs.
