Notes
Another early a.m. run w/ Adria. Almost texted her to say I wouldn't be getting out of bed, but I really wanted to use the new shower again! The run felt good. I pushed her a little on the distance, but kept the pace nice & slow & she did great. I fell asleep without the Strassburg last night, so my feet were a bit painful this morning, but nothing that will kill me. A little ice bottle & wear the sock tonight & I'll be fine.
