Why did I wear my good shoes for a trail run that I know has a really muddy creek crossing?? Dumbass!!
Other than that, good run, had fun. Worked hard but didn't kill myself. One little ankle twist during the bumpiest part of the trail. No R leg pain tonight, not upper, not lower!! :D See, it's all good......
