Morning run w/ Chris. This one felt a little more like work today, but not terrible. We stuck to town to avoid the hunting areas. The weather was great for a run, a little sun, not to cold. My R hip was a little tight & my legs felt heavy, but we sent to the Wellness Center to stretch & do some ab work after & that seemed to help. Overall it was a good run.
