Notes
This was one of those runs that you wish you wouldn't have started. Ran from my place, around the cove at the lake & back to my house. The dogs were dragging, Adria & I were dragging, it just sucked. I ate fast food for lunch, which I know not to do, and Adria wasn't feeling well either. We walked several times, stopped to let the dogs swim and generally just drug our butts along slowly. Better luck on the next run perhaps, they can't all be great run days.
