Definitely NOT my best year. Let this be a lesson in running even more undertrained than usual. I had several miles (from about 7 on) where I was relatively certain I was going to throw up. My back hurt most of the race and really should have been adjusted the week before. The last few miles were a death march & I was just praying for it to be over. The last stretch to the finish line into the wind & rain sucked and the walk to the truck sucked. Next year, maybe I should train for this??
