Easy run w/ Adria. Took more effort than anticipated...one huge, long, gradual hill for about .75mi that kicked our butts a bit. This was a fairly hilly & sandy route, but a peaceful one. We kept a nice easy pace & were very consistent, save for the first .7 mi which was a bit fast. The weather was beautiful, not too hot, not too cold, no wind, just perfect. First run in my new Addiction 8 shoes & they felt great. I'm not sore at all, even my feet feel great right now. I'm tempted to buy a pair just for work! Overall, great run! :)
