What a great run!! The sun was shining, it wasn't cold at all and the footing was pretty good. Niki, Chris, Ed & I did a great out & back run & for the first time ever, I was the first one back!! Ok, so Chris was sick & Niki wasn't feeling well and Ed hung back a bit with them...but I beat 'em, dammit!! I felt great the whole run. We had a couple of miles into some hard winds & I started to get pretty wimpy, but other than that, it was great. My legs felt good, I felt relaxed, the pace was a little slower than our last few longer runs & felt easy. First double digit run I've done since fall & it felt good!!
