Good run, a bit slower than I wanted to run, but have some hip/pelvic pain since my little bucking incident on Gambler yesterday. Adria ran the first 3.2 with me & did great. Great weather for a run this morning. Finished just as the mist started, raining hard by the time I was done in the shower.
