Late evening run w/ Adria. Ugh! We both felt like crap...she just ate, I hadn't eaten all day. It was much colder than I expected & I was under dressed. Wore my regular shoes because I was too lazy to switch to my Vibram's. Just a slow, lazy, yucky run!
