Great morning walk with Monese. We did the Rockford to Belmont stretch of the White Pine (or part of it anyways). The views were gorgeous, the weather was perfect. Did a little high knee action too, just to make dorks out of ourselves!? :) Ended our walk with a bagel & hot chocolate. I think it might have been a bit counterproductive, but it was good!
