Holy crap, Sabine kicked my butt today!!! She picked the route, despite my warnings about the hills, so I'm going to blame her today...or maybe it was the wind, the ice or the hills...or maybe that it was my 2nd run of the day. This was a tough run, but we rocked it. Our pace was never above 10:00, which is impressive for us, especially considering the hills on this route. We aren't usually that pace on the flat! The last mile or so was a struggle & I had to force my legs to get my feet off the ground, but we finished pretty strong. Tough, but great run!
