Beautiful evening for a run & it felt great! Best run I've had in a while. Everything felt good, no problems, never felt the need to slow or to walk. Kept my pace easy, slow, relaxed. Course was fairly flat, out towards Dan P's & back to J&M's. Out & back though, avoided the big hill at N & C roads. :) Lazy ass, I am!! A bit too much Oberon last night, thought the run would be rough, but I must have hydrated well enough before. Overall, great run!! Feels good to put in more than a mile or two again.
