Evening run with Ed & Chris. The first mile was freaking cold, but it was a good night for a tempo run to stay warm. I couldn't keep up with Ed & Chris the entire time, but I didn't fall way behind either. Other than a couple of icy spots, the roads were pretty clear tonight & it felt good to stretch out & run hard. I was pretty happy to have enough left to push the last .10 mile too! We kept it short so we can run more tomorrow. Great run.
