Another hot, humid run. Anya cut in front of me & I tripped over her & fell. Skinned my knee, my shoulder, my palms & the back of one hand & my L forearm. What the f*&k was she thinking, she never does that!! Damn dog! My arm & palm hurts & though it was difficult to breathe deeply due to the humidity, it was a decent run & faster than I thought. Still less miles this week than I wished, but I have a pig roast to attend! :)
