This run was a serious pile of steaming dog shit! I know in a couple of months, we'll be thinking 75 is cool, but it's hard to go from winter running gear to shorts, heat & humidity in a couple of days. My body was not ready for that heat! The night before was Chris' birthday party, so we were all a little short on sleep. I didn't really drink at the party, but I ended up completely hydrated during the run & didn't feel well at all. Brenda & I ran out to Dan's and back and the entire run sucked. We were supposed to do 13-15, but even 9 was pushing it.
